Vision and Mission Statement

Vision statement

We strive to enhance, uplift and continuously improve the quality of our Education products and services with the commitment of always:  “SERVING THE LEARNER”

Mission statement

Waterberg Educational Project for Commerce and Science (WEPCoS) exists to help learners. We take a unique and innovative approach to teaching that helps learners connect with the subject matter they need to master. Through personalized and focused teaching processes, our learners develop the tools they need for ongoing success in their fields of study. Our success depends on our attention to the needs of our clients and truly helping them achieve – we don’t succeed unless our clients succeed.

Key to success
  • Developing methods of approaching subjects that helps students get their minds around challenging concepts.
  • Creating excellent word of mouth promotion of services – clients sell services to other students.
  • Truly listening to clients’ needs and diagnosing where their understanding of concepts is breaking down.
  • Establish an effective monitoring system to protect both the learners and tutors

Our belief

At WEPCoS we believe that all learners, no matter what their background, are able to achieve success within the schooling environment if they are given opportunity, appropriate assistance and guidance.
